Dwayne Clevett has over 10 years’ experience of working with people with disabilities having worked for the charity arm of Brighton Football Club – ‘Albion in the Community’. He has always had a passion for supporting and engaging adults and their families in sport and exercise.
Delivering educational courses, as well as coaching within sports clubs, including one to one training, working with a diverse number of people and levels of requirement Dwayne Clevett has learnt to adapt and be resourceful as well as inventive.
Now a Level 3 REPS qualified Personal Trainer, Dwayne Clevett makes a real difference tailoring individual goals to suit the needs of his clients. As a personal trainer he feels a duty of care to help and ensure that his clients achieve the outcomes they desire. He not only helps to train and motivate his clients’ he also helps to educate them in relation to their own bodies.
Dwayne Clevett has undertaken his GP referral and his Canrehab qualification Level 4 – Cancer & Exercise Rehabilitation will enable him to confidently and professionally deliver exercise classes and individual exercise sessions to clients living with cancer.
Dwayne Clevett has personal experience of supporting someone with cancer when his father was diagnosed with throat cancer.
Dwayne Clevett is passionate about what he does and is confident that he can make a huge difference to those who are diagnosed with cancer using exercise to improve their physical function and psychological wellbeing during and after treatment. Helping to reduce the risk of previously treated cancers returning and improve survival rates.
