Nathan Da Costa graduated from Brunel University in 2011 with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Science which included the study of physiology, biomechanics and psychology. This knowledge informs his training, to the huge benefit of his clients. He is incredibly passionate about working with people living with health issues in both preventative and rehabilitative therapeutic capacities. With experience that includes work on NHS cardiac rehabilitation programmes, Nathan has already achieved huge successes with clients with various health issues including obesity.

As a Level 4 REPS qualified personal trainer Nathan Da Costa has a reputation for getting immense satisfaction from helping his client’s achieve – and in many cases surpass their goals. Having attained his GP referral qualification, he is able to combine his knowledge and ability to strengthen both a clients’ physical and psychological condition. He adapts and personalises his programmes to each individual clients’ needs.
Nathan Da Costa’s Canrehab qualification Level 4 will ensure that these skills can be specifically directed and honed around patients recovering from cancer.
